Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering

On September 22-23, 2016 Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov hosted the 12-th International Scientific-Technical Conference "Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering" (APEDE’2016).

Which was attended by students of MIEM HSE Skuridin A.A. (academic supervisor – Professor Elizarov A. A.) and Presnyakov S.A. (academic supervisor – Associate Professor Kravchenko N. P.). They presented their researches in the section “Electrodynamics and microwave technology”. The authors received certificates for participation in the conference.

The conference is one of the largest in Russia, it was also attended by the researchers from Poland, Kazakhstan and South Korea. All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library and are indexed by Thomson ISI, Scopus, Google Scholar.
