The School of Electronic Engineering was created in 2015. Our research activity focuses on finding most effective engineering solutions in the field of electronics and nanoelectronics, condensed matter physics, information and communication devices and communication systems, intelligent control of technical systems. We implement the following educational programmes:

- modeling and design of micro- and nanoelectronics devices, circuits and systems, taking into account the influence of external influencing factors;
- microwave devices of infocommunication systems;
- modeling the reliability of cyberphysical systems;
- autonomous devices of cyber-physical systems;
- physical materials science; special materials for electronic, space, nuclear and thermonuclear technology;
